Qualification Requirements
- Loan must be submitted July 13 through August 31, 2026
- Loan must close on or before September 30, 2026
- All Express Capital Financing loan programs qualify
Your Appraisal Credit
- Up to $500 credited toward your appraisal at closing
- Appraisal fee paid upfront at the time of order
- Credit capped at $500 regardless of actual appraisal cost
- Any fees exceeding $500 are your responsibility
How the Credit Is Applied
- Credit applied directly on your closing disclosure
- One credit per transaction. No cash value.
- Cannot be applied to any other fee or cost
Restrictions
- Cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or credits
- Cannot be applied retroactively to loans already submitted or closed
- If your loan does not close by September 30, 2026 the credit is forfeited. No extensions will be granted.
